We are currently phasing in Telemedicine

Starting March 17 our physical locations are closed.

Telemedicine hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and we’re closed on Fridays.

The safety and health of our patients and staff are of highest importance to MD Pain. In order to adapt to the current changes in how we deliver care during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be utilizing a telemedicine platform in an application named Zoom.

Telemedicine requirements:

  1. We are only able to treat existing patients
  2. The patient must initiate their desire to continue on a telemedicine platform

Patients will need to complete a new consent form before their first telemedicine appointment.

Our intention is to make this as easy of a transition as possible

Preparing for your upcoming telemedicine is easy!

Step 1 – Provide us with your email address and have a laptop, computer, iPad, or smart phone ready with internet connectivity for the appointment

Step 2 – We will email you an appointment invitation which contains a link to Zoom, the telemedicine software we’ll use to connect for your appointment. Prior to the appointment click the link to Zoom and download the software. Follow the simple instructions which enable you to check that your camera and microphone work.

Step 3 – A few minutes before your appointment time, your medical assistant will call you to be sure you have been able to get set up and answer any last-minute questions.
